Our privacy promise

Your footage

• Your videos go only on your family's private website, behind a password you share with whoever you choose.
• We never share, post or sell your footage, and never show it to anyone outside your family.
• We never use your footage to train AI, ours or anyone else's.
• Once your site is delivered, we delete our working copies of your footage. Your private site keeps your videos for as long as you want it, and we take it down whenever you ask.

Your family details

• What you tell us about your family, especially living relatives, is used only for your project.
• We never publish it, and we never add your family to public family trees.

What this website keeps

When you send a form, we keep what you typed (name, phone, email, town, your tape counts or family details and notes) so we can do the work and reach you. It is emailed to us and stored in our private database. We don't sell it or share it, and we don't use advertising trackers. Requests that are cancelled are deleted after 30 days. When a job is finished, the family details, questions, notes and pickup address you typed are erased 395 days later.

To stop spam, the forms use Cloudflare's bot check, and we keep a scrambled code (never your actual internet address) for one day to limit how many requests one connection can send.
