Search for anything
Type a name, a place or any word someone said on the tape. "Christmas", "the beach", "Grandpa's boat". The site finds the exact moment and plays it from there.
Your family website
See what your family website can do.
Not a box of files. A private website that knows what is in your movies, so anyone in the family can find any moment in seconds. It plays on your phone, computer or TV.
What you get
A website for your family's memories.
Every scene titled and dated
No more "Tape 7". Each tape is broken into short scenes with a plain title and a date, so you can see what is on it at a glance.
A highlights reel
The best moments from every tape, gathered in one place. Perfect for a birthday, a reunion or a quiet evening.
Plays instantly, on your phone or your TV
Tap and it plays. No discs, no apps to learn, no files to manage. Share the password with your family wherever they live.
Your people, by name
After a 15-minute call with you, we put names on the faces, so anyone in the family can tap a name and see every scene with that person.
Every file is yours to keep
Your own private website (for example smithfamily.tapesandtrees.com), yours to keep, with no yearly fee. Download every video any time, plus a copy that plays on your computer without the internet.
No mail-in, nothing lost in the mail
Your tapes never go in the mail.
We avoid mail-in services completely, so nothing gets lost in the mail. Your tapes stay right here in Vienna, Virginia, and what comes back is a website your whole family can search.
